    Have tested tempreture on this oven, set stat to 200c, stat cuts out around 210 but tempreture rises to around 250c to 260c then drops to 180 then cuts back in. have ajusted stat but unable to lower any more.
    have also fitted another stat but still had around the same readings is this correct on a fan oven. as it seems a bit to high to me !!

    Got one myself. set to 200 clicks off at 180 first time. eventually stabilises right on the nose 2nd time in and out. unless my oven thermometer (john lewis) is slow.
