    The oven tripped a fuse in the consumer unit yesterday, and since then the bottom oven has been able to heat to a maximum of roughly 150 degrees (whether on fan or conventional). The fan still turns by the way and the top oven still works fine.

    I’d be grateful for any pointers. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    Either a thermostat or element fault I expect.

    The element can easily be tested with a multimeter.
