Can anyone please tell me if these are practical in terms of overspill onto the glass hobb, as it appears to be totally flat with control knobs on the same level as the Rana style cast iron pan stands. I like the look of this appliance but if water gets near the control knobs will it break down. Are the control knobs actually raised up slightly and I just cant tell from the spec and pictures on the net? Thanks
