BAUMATIC BDI631 NOT HEATING WATER

Hello, I live about 3 hours away from my mums and her dishwasher has stopped heating the water. Its a BAUMATIC BDI631.

I have read various posts on here about temperature sensors and thermostats and I even started the cycle and topped it up with 3/4 litre of water.

The symptoms started off with the detergent tab not dissolving fully.
I have just run a cycle and the water was stone cold, but there were no error lights flashing at all.

I am confident to remove the unit and measure the OHMS of the heating element but I would like a plan of sequence of test if possible to work through as I want to fault diagnose correctly, order the parts and then come back to fix at later date.

Anyone successfully fixed this problem?

I have just checked the dishwasher after its finished a cycle.

It seems to be lukewarm and clean inside after a 10 minute wait period.

So there is some heat getting to the dishwasher. Puzzled
