Baumatic BDI631 not working (brand new)

My new dishwasher has worked fine about 4 times, but now, although the lights are on, nothing else happens.
The plates are cold and wet, there is water in the bottom of the machine but thats all.

We have checked the water and drainage pipes, the drains aren’t blocked or anything.

Please help asap!!

Looks like the usual Chinese tat, so it’s probably leaked water into the base, thus operating the flood protection system. Drain it off and it might work. You’ve got a two year waranty on it, so don’t mess about with it too much.

If it’s under 28 days since install, send it back and buy something decent.

yeah we already checked the underneath compartment, nothing in there. I am going to ring the retailer and try to swap for something else. Its just such a pain its right before Christmas 🙁
