Baumatic BDW13 not heating

Hi all been to the above dishwasher , element tested ok , there is a screw in thermostat , no reading from it, connect 5045173401242
is this opened or closed this stat (90DEG thermal limiter), as just noticed on connect theres another stat in this dishwasher

this one – Thermostat Sensing Device (5045171889646) but didnt notice it

any help please, thanks

hi mate, are you getting E3?
the stat should be closed. have you checked the wash pump?
the diverter valve on this one can come off and starve the bottom spray arm, allowing the heater to get too hot and trip the stat.

Hi alf_uckem , ye E3 error reported , so I checked the above and noticed no reading from the screw in stat , so just thought it be that

were abouts is the diverter valve?

The screw in stats also pop for no reason on these but replace them as a pair.
