Baumatic BDW15 dishwasher lower arm not spinning HELP!?

Hello, The lower arm is not spinning, the top arm works very well, its not set to half load. The arm is clean and not jammed, no water is coming out of it or the pipe it fixes into.

I wonder if there is a fault or jam with the half load solenoid, voltage is being sent to the switch when half load is set (so I am assuming its not a control fault). Could it be jammed or knackered, I never use the half load option is there a way to jam it open or closed?

It looks like a bit of a wee devil to remove the part,

I can’t find an option to buy this part as a spare, is that because its generic cheapo?

Any sugestions you have would be very much appreciated.
