Baumatic BDW5 odd fault

Had a quick look today ’cause I couldn’t fathom what the customer was trying to tell me.
The Three of the programmes work and two won’t start at all,
ie prewash, normal and quick. Superwash and economy won’t even light up. (thats 1,3,5 do and 2,4 don’t). Plus the stop button won’t function either. All these faults happened at the same time so I’m presuming its the board unless someone knows otherwise. Not had any dealings with these before.

if memory serves me this is an integrated machine and the buttons you talk about is more of a plastic membrane with bubbles on it one for each programme

i have had it before these buttons fail they use a switching system which in laymans terms means if 1 track breaks more than 1 switch will stop working

you can get them on their own but some of the prices quoted for them is silly so dig around i think i got the last one from masterpart
