Baumatic BHD5 Dishwasher

I’ve got a problem with a Baumatic BHD5 dishwasher.All the indicator lights are on (not flashing). Can’t reset. No sound from machine. Customer just moved in and used machine a couple of times without any problem. Any clues? Is there a “reboot” procedure?

closest model i can find is BDW5

from memory has your model got all the prog buttons on a thin stip of plastic if so these go faulty over time bit like tv remotes as you start using the same programme.
open dishwasher disconnect ribbon cable to buttons, turn on/ off then reconnect ribbon and try again ( i do it live and you can hear the beep as you connect lead which you would not get if there was no fault ) if you get 1 wash out of it then one of the buttons is short circuit. you could try massaging the button that looks most worn to see if it will disconnect and give you a wash
