Good morning all,

Wondering if anyone can assist with the above problem.

The customer has reported the above fault on her range oven.

I have visited today, and ascertained that the circular main oven element, and the fan motor are fine. They both appear in good condition, and provide healthy insulation and Ohms readings respectively.

However, neither component is receiving power when switched on.

Is there a separate unit/device that I should be checking, or should I be concentrating on further wiring checks?
