Model is a B12SS…made in the EU. :rolls:
It doesn’t appear to be of the highest quality. 😥
Two of the regulators have gone but I can’t get at them.
There is a plate underneath with screws around the sides but even with those removed it appears to be held from inside at the regulator end.
Tried to pull the knobs off and only succeeded in breaking one, couldn’t budge the others with ‘normal’ force.
Anyone been inside one of these things and also does anyone know the part number of the regulators for it?
Tempted to tell them to buy something better.

MAN300015 – Knob (White)Remove the entire bottom panel – regulators are in an internal box, release that and pull the whole lot out from underneath.

Thats the problem Chris, I couldn’t get the bottom panel off, it was held in some way at the regulator end, I had removed all visible screws. When I prised back the end opposite the regulators the elements started sliding around. I had a hell of a job to get it back together again. 😥
It feels as though I would have to break off all four knobs, they are stuck tight. 😥
