? How to access & replace Main Oven Thermostat switch and connected Oven Temperature Probes.
? How to access behind control knob fascia (firmly fixed – no screws or clips in sight). ? How to access the length of connecting wire from Probes in oven to switch).

Any advice greatly appreciated

I have no info on this unit and cant find pictures

so I don’t know if its just an oven unit or a complete slot in cooker

have had panel screws in all sorts of places including a few that don’t come off
try looking left and right hand side at the back

if I am not right post a pic so I can see what you talking about
