    Looking for some advice please to help Daughter. She has the above model fridge/freezer. Every 2 days it will leak water from the bottom of the freezer door. Looking at the manual it give no information regarding a drain hole to clean etc.
    I have looked at the back and can see the actual drain pipe outlet, cannot locate the actual drain hole itself. I have taken out five screws from the inside of the freezer back wall. I struggled to release this back plastic plate. I assume that it was frozen on.
    Should I have let it defrost completely? Any help, advice will be greatly appreciated.Many thanks.

    Yes unplug door open for 24 hrs.
