Never worked on this make before, there is no motor action, either on wash or spin the machine is less than 2yrs old.
As it made be a pcb fault, not sure of costs and where to purchase ect.
have any one had this fault and can advise me please.

Did you check the carbon brushes? If they are ok then it is mainly the Speed control module which is located at the right bottom of the machine. Baumatic is nightmare in providing spare parts.I think the best way is to get the make of the module.Normally its Remco make(like remco 5535 etc) and Qualtex will be able to get it for you. This is what I done last time I had trouble.
