    Hi all!

Wonder if anyone can tell me the difference between these 2, and why Baumatic do not list the 2710SS on their website? An older model maybe?

    Cheers!

    Hi

The BT2710SS does not feature in the discontinued section of the website either. However googling that model number does come up with plenty of places you can still purchase it from. Perhaps in this instance a phone call may be the best option 😉 . Baumatic sales can be reached on 0118 9336 900. Let us know the outcome as other posters may have the same question.

    Thanks for the number!

Just dropped them a line and was told this:

    – the 2710 was a special model made for a select number of retailers, but is being opened up to the whole market in the comming weeks (web site info will be up any day).
    – It does not have the storage compartment the 2740 has.
    – It does not have cooling fans.
    – It is A rated.

Cooling fans, make a big difference? Are baumatic recommended as a decent make? Can anyone omment on their range cookers? I know they are not the most expensive so prolly not as good as something like a rangemaster!

    Cheers!

They certainly do help keep cabinet and controls cool while in use.

Baumatic as a brand is very average, however if budget is tight then you have to go with them.
