Trying to get a answer to Baumatics service department is impossible, you are kept on hold and are a valued customer as they keep reminding you, my last call at 9.01anm was for 22minutes and no reply, so they ask you to forward emails, i have sent 6 inthe last 14 days complete with photo of grill element i require. Not a wispher from them.
has anyone got a short cut to getting some responce from them or the CEO contact details so forward my frustration and in deed my clients
