    Any advice welcome – this oven stopped working today, electricity must be getting through as the clock is still showing the time. I changed the fuse anyway and the plug looks fine. The only clue is that the selector dial sounds a bit odd when turned. Could it be a switch that’s broken? Any replies appreciated.

    Yes – selector switches go quite regularly on these ovens – disconnect the electric take the top off and you will see if its burnt out. You will then be able to get a switch from the online shop or call in a local engineer
