ParticipantHello,
Im after a bayonet pump. Not the normal ones that will fit the bosch / zanussi machines. Like that but with the impeller more proud. (Not in a chest puffed out way.) 🙂
The model I need it for is the AWG349/4 integrated whirlpool.
Which to me looks the same as a Smeg WDI12C.If I was to fit a normal askoll bayonet to the pump chamber the impeller is 1cm to far back in relation to where the drain hose connects.
??

Hi Tim
481236018542 is the genuine part number for the whole pump. Both Connect and qualtex say it’s genuine only no pattern variant available.
You could email Dave in the UKW shop spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk he may be able to help.

The few pictures I found when googling that part number show a Hanning pump. That same bayonet type used to be sold as a “trade pump” to fit Hotpoint by Seme. I have one here and sure enough the impellor sticks out further.
If that’s not it, look at PMP9096 on Connections. If you want this one pm me with an offer 😆 .

AWG349 pumps from Qualtex @ £3.99 each (PMP229 – bayonet fit with front facing plug-in terminal block)
Hurry as they only have 250 left in stock! 😯
I’ve got 2 on the van if demand peaks and Qualtex run out. 🙂

Thanks for replys. If you hold a pmp229 next to the bosch bayonet are the impeller lengths / protrusions definitely different?

Ooooh, now you got me…..dunno TBH, all I know it they fit Bosch (WFB series) many Servis machines and a few Whirlpools as a one for one replacement. Bosch only flog them as complete pumps including filter, so do Whirly and so I fit ’em and stock ’em, that’s all I know. 🙂

Thanks Martin, in that case your protrusion will be the same as Mikes. (The left one in the photo).

what about UN51105 In stock at Masterpart. – copreci style – I’ve got one here and looks very similar – impellor stands very proud from the body… I’ve fitted this copreci to a couple of old Bosches. If you need the terminals at the from, just take it apart and rotate it through 180 degrees and refit – simples…

I cannot bear to imagine, of have any inclination as to what Mike’s protrusion looks like? 😕

Martin I do appreciate your effort in this matter.
The right hand pump in Mikes photo is definitely the kinda thing Im after.
Martin yours is looking like a 2cm protrusion.
I wonder what Rocket mans is? I don’t have an account with Masterpart to have a look see.July 14, 2011 at 3:35 pm #355515RocketMan

try this one,
got more phots but can’t up load them at the moment.
I used one an old bosch instead of BSH141124. Cost a fraction of it. Don’t worry if the terminals are in the wrong way around – easily moved.
I’ll try and get some more pictures sorted later.. must rush, got a BBQ to light

How long to you guarantee those Martin, I find that the impellor comes adrift in no time at all on lots of those Qualtex pumps. 🙁
