BCi 450 – C00143214 Integrated Dishwasher PCB Reset

I installed a new PCB part number C00143214 to a Hotpoint dishwasher BCi 450. I followed the Bit100 Card Initialization instructions. The machine filled and wash motor engaged.
I opened the door to reset the program- The PCB beeped three times as expected, but now does not have any lights on the programmer and does not except any command
Any ideas ??

What was the reason for changing the pcb in the first instance?

Sometimes you may have to fit the old pcb back in, try and run the machine and then refit the new one and try again.

I fitted the new PCB as I was experiencing the same problem as I have now
– there are no lights on the program panel and the program will not reset when I hold down the reset button. I presummed it was a control fault and fitted a new PCB – all other components appear ok and also the wiring on the door appears ok.

There must be a fault elsewhere. The new pcb will not program if there is an existing fault. Have you meggered all components especially heater and motor for insulation faults? Could be a wiring break somewhere.
Worst case scenario, you have blown the new pcb. 🙁
