Does any one know the name of the part where the wheels and height adjusment on the upper basket called its a plastic thing. No idea what its called

Very close its got the height adjuster built in as well? a wheel has snapped on mine

diagram does not seem to show any other part of the mech

I know very odd its used to adjust the height of the top basket, you pull up the blue handle and the basket lowers

since you have broken wheels hopefully the latch part will swop over, if its not broken

anyway cant see anyone with any stock of these parts so may be a pig to get
