Careful offering Bill a van stock because he moans that he won’t sell another ISE until we give him a van stock.

Ungrateful twat…….his 1st sale was one UKW delivered on a plate.

However, we must not set precedents, the rule is you have to sell one to get a van stock, but as and when we are in a position to send it.

Larger items only become van stock as and when

    1) the sales of an agent warrant further stock
    2) the interventions to a particular part failure, requires our intervention
    3) as the appliances age..ie bearings carbons ect..

My point being that, had he asked, we’d have dealt with it. He didn’t need to come on with the tone he did and probably didn’t mean it in that way either.

    Just being diplomatic.

If moaning was an olympic sport Bill would have the silver medal behind his Mrs.

I have just slipped a response in backing up what you guys have said but adding that prioritisation has to be in line with the likeihood of you needing a part.

My view is we stick to our guns and send out the parts in order of volume, Bill has to wait his turn

It’s just Bill being Bill, is all. Remember we decided to operate in a Gold fish bowl so we cant start moanin about it now. We are the most open Brand owner in the U.K. and as you’ve already seen our guys are the first to defend us as long as they can see that we do our best to sort the problems out.
