beko 71442 – door locked but doing nothing

Hello experts can you help?

beko washing machine 71442 – has load in machine went to open door but door will not open turned machine off, and back on still the same, it will let me select anotehr wash programme but nothing happens – I have held the start/cacnel button for 3 seconds no change – the only thing flashing is the celicius (c) next to the temperature.

Any ideas??

switch off for 5 mins
open door and see if there is water still in machine

if yes sounds clike pump blocked, clear filter and try again
