    Can you help please.. Following the successful replacement of the door seal the display on my Beko 8227W washer just has the digit 14 displayed and the fabric conditioner light flashing. Can’t do anything with it no matter which position programmer is in or holding the start/ cancel button for 3 secs. Could the 14 be a fault code?. Any advice would be appreciated. Dave

    is the child lock on ?

    press and hold anticrease and quick wash buttons

    Thanks for the reply Dave, no child lock isn’t on, by pressing and holding the quick wash and anti crease buttons, I can freely switch the child lock on or off, still have the digit 14 and fabric softener symbol flashing . Any other thoughts would be much appreciated, dave
