Beko american fridge not making ice

Modtl no. Asp 341X
replaced the ice cube tray and motor a few weeks back , now no water in the cube tray , no ice fan running ok but the arm.that detects the full ice bucket is solid , wont move up or down ,, is there a reset for the motor position thanks K

most electronic unit will reset following a power interuption

have you tried turning it off, wait 30 secs for all power to drain then turning on again ?

I have Dave , i have got into the menu also to change water fill time , but no joy as of yesyerday

if there is no water consider the possibility the pipe is frozen
