    Beko ASD241B ECO Neofrost which was purchased two years ago and now the red light has come on and the food is defrosting my husband has checked the compressor at the back of the unit and its warm not hot and you can hear and see the fan running and the one pipe we can see looks clear. Can anyone suggest what might be wrong with it?

    Do a complete defrost on it, switch off for 24 hours, leaving doors open, maybe the fans, ducting at rear is frozen over, when switching back on, set temp’ 4 & -18, should run best at this.
