Beko AS530K Cooker Door Hinges

Good afternoon all,

I’ve replaced the door hinges on the above cooker, as the door wasn’t springing shut when closing, resulting in a large gap between the door and seal.

However, although the door does now spring shut, a gap of around 1″ remains at the top of the door closure.

The cooker is in a holiday home, and I wonder if the door has been excessively strained/abused, and what can be done to make it fit better?

The door hinges are housed in the cavity, not the door…

at the left and right inside are 2 metal plates holding the hinges

check if they are bent
