Hi, I have a BEKO AS920 american style fridge/freezer which seems to have a freezer problem. The red warning (!) light indicating that the freezer is too warm is flashing and the freezer temp display is flashing ‘E0’. The freezer also seems to be getting warmer, although the food inside still seems to be frozen (only started last night/this morning).

Any ideas what may be causing this or what I should do? Thanks!

    Hi dmac1982,

E0 is a sensor fault best call out an engineer.

plug out if you have a go yourself.

Thanks for the prompt reply Bob!!

Is it likely that the freezer will remain frozen whilst it has this fault, or do I need to keep the door closed and get an engineer ASAP? Thanks again!

    dmac1982,

not quite sure about that i will have to read the service manual,
i would think it will go into emergency timed cooling / freezing cycle but to be on the safe side check the tempreture regularly or start moving your frozen food to a working freezer.

    Bob.
