Beko BDVC667W slot in oven – overheating

Changed m/oven stat but still too hot, even though the stat is cutting out.( on 150 it reaches about 235). Its odd with no power getting to heater , temp’ still rises.
Is the cooling fan supposed to cut in at some point ? the C.fan stat is closed but fan not cutting in. Small oven is ok & cooling fan switches on at start.
Anybody got a wiring diagram

at those type of readings I would say it may be a faulty stat

or the wrong stat correct part number 263100015

have pm’ed the info
