    Model WMA767W with digital display

Customer reported a funny noise (brushes) then machine stops

I remove brushes 1 is shiny with about third left the other is worn down completely burnt etc with no sign of arcing or anything sinister

Replace brushes but machine will not program

Display is lit and changes to the correct setting when you turn dial –

Door does not lock (tried new interlock)

    will not start

Can’t find any info on reset procedures

On hot washes a small indicator in bottom of display shows F3

    ❓ 😕

Does sound like a motor fault, check the wiring around the motor 1st 🙂

i had one couple of weeks ago. the carbons were in green holders. it did look like one was worn right down but in fact had got stuck. it took a bit more than usual effort to push it out.
