When I purchased the appliance, the doors were hung on the right, with difficulty I had to change them to the left.Over the years the the hinge pin which locates into the top of the door appears to have a lot of ‘play’and does not go completely through the hole in the hinge arm,the door appears to have dropped.Does anyone know whether there is supposed to be any adjustment of the hinge pin,or does it just sit loosely in the top of the door.My wife is afaid to put anything heavy, like a milk container into the bottom tray of the door! Any help appreciated Michael..PS New Top Hinges are still available but I am unsure as to whether, fitting a new top hinge would resolve the problem?

    Hi

You probably haven’t moved the pin liner from the old side of the door to the new side of the door.

Hi Bryan Thanks for your reply.I checked that there was a pin liner in the left upper top of the fridge door, there was[both sides pressed in by Beko].Had another think about it and found that the hinge pin had actually come unscrewed from the hinge arm,so I screwed it back in and tightened up the locking nut now there is just a small amount of play on the hinge pin/Hinge pin sleeve.Cheers Michael NB hope this might help others if they have the same problem that I Did.Now have more Brownie points from the misses!
