    I am looking to buy a new frige freezer for myself, I dont repair these, but
    have read up on (which) it came out with a good review. also price is important this one is £339.00
    But would appreciate the veiw of you guys who have more knowlegde.

    Good bump Jim, missed this one 🙂

    I like the Beko range of refrigeration, generally they are good value and reliable products.

    Another possibility you may consider using the spec of the Beko could be the Hotpoint FFA52S. If silver and frost free are not a major consideration then the Bosch KGV28V01GB.

    All i can say is the appliances I see daily are broken. 😆

    Having said that Beko fridges are become very well built and are selling well, beyond some of the more familiar names.

    Hi rocker, stick FFA52 into search and you will see a post that does not give one a lot of confidence in the above model.

    I had a customer with one, over a period of months the Hotpoint guy had made various repairs and mods including silver foil to cure the over freezing problem she eventualy contacted trading standards.

    They in turn asked me to give a report on the unit, in short with T/S writing to the shop she got a repalcement but not a FFA52.

    They may have sorted out the problems on the newer models tho.
