Beko CDA660FS fridge freezer

Beko CDA660FS 7511620010 – this fridge freezer will not start – the fridge interior light switches on. When the f/f is plugged in the freezer fan motor runs for about 10 seconds. We have replace module 4360620185, no change. The fridge freezer is in a very cold garage however the use manual say it can be use in a ambient temperature of -15. Anyone had this fault?

i looked up the board

got a model CDA660 FS prod code 7511620010

that shows a board number 4360625185
not the number you have but both numbers are valid so have you fitted the correct board ?

Yeah, checked number on the module, 4360620185

your module part number ends 0 185

the part number I looked up ends 5 185
or are you saying the original board has the 0 185 number on it

since Qualtex stock both boards there must be a difference prob software

not much tech info on the can send you the schematic wiring diag if you want but all it shows are 2 ntc sensors
I would measure the ntc values to see if there is any significant difference
I know some fridges do a defrost cycle when switched on I take it you left it a while to see if it came on
