BEKO CFP1675W Fridge Freezer – Fridge not working

I have a Beko CFP1675W Fridge Freezer for which the fridge has stopped working.
The freezer seems to work for a few days then defrosts, it is certainly not at the original freezer temp.

I have found the bad advice mentioned here https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/help/…er-thermistors
and tested the control board, it was fine. I noticed a strange things, if I shorted two connectors going to the board, the fridge started to go cold again.
This is the control board which is internal to the fridge and within the light unit, all it does is send the temperature selected to the PCB, it is similar to this one.

I also tested the fridge air sensor and it is fine,

Any help on what the problem could be?

Where did you get the new sensor for inside the fride cabinet. I cant seem to source one
