Beko CFP1675W not cooling

Hi,

I have a Beko CFP1675W fridge freezer, it is about 4 years old now and seems to have developed an issue.

Essentially, the fridge is not cooling at all whereas the freezer seems to cool for a couple of days but then subsequently defrosts. (all the seals seem to be perfectly fine)

I’ve seen recommendations to change the evaporator sensor and air sensor based on (Beko Electronic Fridge Freezer Sensors (ukwhitegoods.co.uk)):

Evaporator Sensor: 4394720185 Electronic Fridge Sensor (ukwhitegoods.co.uk)
Air Sensor: 4394720285 Electronic Fridge Air Sensor (ukwhitegoods.co.uk)

Now the challenge is that neither of the above two are suitable for my model number based on the information in the above.

I have looked at the sensor reference numbers and they are as follows:

Evaporator Sensor (freezer): 4877212285 H7R
Air Sensor (fridge): 4877211885 HZK

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
