My Beko dishwasher works ok until it gets to the final part of the cycle in the “DRY” section of the rotary dial. When it gets there it causes the trip switch in the main house electrical box to trip. Any suggestions what causes this please?

Heater possibly, or thermostats would be the most obvious paces to start looking for something amiss.

I discounted the heater because it heats up the water ok and goes through the wash cycle. Do you think I am correct in doing so?
    How many thermostats are there?

I think there should be two stats, from memory one on the heater as it’s an instantaneous one which could go to earth when used more heavily, such as on dry as it runs all the time pretty much. In fact, it’s about all that will likely be running on dry.

However I don’t have access to Beko tech at home so can’t check much else until tomorrow.
