This d/w was tripping electrics. checked and meggered all. All seemed good. Changed mains filter .Machine worked fine until I turned off at on/off button.Changed switch but still works ok until you turn it off and it trips. If left on standby it functions no problem and completes cycle.

If its knocking off trip when switched off it could be the polarity is incorrect, just a thought.
Have had some with moulded plugs low to earth, or if left on ground they become damp.

Thanks for reply Seamy. Sorry should have put mod no Dl1243aps. Strangely I was drawn to the moulded plug and cut it off and replaced it, but no change. Machine had originally had the usual vent hose coming off and flooding the base. Been dry for over a fortnight now though and still tripping when switched off.
