BEKO D2731 D/W not heating

Customer has a BEKO D2731 8-place D/W (silly customer!) that is not heating. Heater is OK, no earth leak, stat is OK, just no voltage going to either. Fills OK to level, and wash pump runs OK. All seems in order except as I said, no voltage to htr. I am about to plunge in and replace the timer, but I’m not familiar with this beast, and I wondered if there was some Turkish trickery in the heater circuit I don’t know about.
What do you gentlemen think? 😕

(It is really crap getting Beko spares – I even posted an email parts request 3 weeks ago, got no reply yet. My main supplier has to call or email them and wait for a response…)
