beko d3731 fs still not filling jus humming

srry to bother peeps again but my beko jus hums no water goes in nothing else happaens on a previous post someone mentioned inlet solenoid if this is faullty i assume it will not let water enter therefore machine will not go is this assumption correct if so is the inlet solenoid repairable ie gunged up etc or is it a straight replaqcement??? thx in advance

If you can hear it humming when it should be filling, the solenoid has been activated. I would check fill hoses for kinking and the water supply actually being on.

These valves are known to jam up replace with part number 1883520100-02

Thx as water suppl;y ok and no hoses kinked will go with johnboys suggestion ta ever so my kids r a tad pee`d off havin to wash up again lol 😀
