Beko dc7112w Dryer

Beko dc7112w not heating, checked stats and heater, would the pcb be the culprit or something else.

Are you sure the heater NTC is ok. have had lots fail on these

I carry an old Hotpoint heater NTC and link the wires in to test it

Checked ntc seemed ok

if all ok then sounds like a pcb problem

have looked up part no and I get 2963163001

but cant see one in site shop or qualtex

You could look at the relays on the board as these are a possible source of failure

Everywhere I’ve looked the pcb isn’t available for 28 days, customer wont wait so I referred her back to beko and told her to phone them
