Participanthave a prob with this one i see other posts but no answers to it , will start but only runs for 2 mins , this decreases the more it is restarted , it ran for 2 mins until i put a damo towel in and straight away went down to 20 seconds anyone have info on this model thanx happy chocolate bunnies

no just tumbles one way then stops no lights on other than

If you leave it for a few minutes does it then start again tumbling in the same direction?

Then your pcb needs changing or repairing. You have a relay and/or capacitor gone on the board.

check element and sensor inside door?there is a test program on here somewhere

test program runs fine tumbles both ways not in the order specified though it tumbles clockwise fist then anticlockwise , heats, and the sensor has power to it ?

did all or half the element come on?if it all came on then i would be looking at the module

originally when i removed the back cover half of it came on then later all of it was on , all i can say for definite is that it was not very hot in there when i was going through the test program

if you have a clamp meter you can how much current it is using
in test mode against the element rating.other than that module i would think.maybe ewm miight be able to test it for you and supply one if it is gone.April 15, 2012 at 9:10 pm #372897slyp98

cheers fella ,i just dont understand how it tumbles both ways in test mode ? is it not using the same relay , caps ,doides etc in normal op ? is it because its isolating the operations seperate parts of the program ? yeah i might try emw depending on the price of a new board thanks
