Has anyone had any problems with these dryers, the customer complained that it was cutting out after a few minutes, now it wont start and the clean filter and empty water indicator are showing, the filter is clean and the water empty, there is a sensor in the duct which we cleaned but it still wont go, any ideas please.

Clean filter & Water empty comes on after every programme stops irrespective of whether the filter requires cleaning or water full, they are just reminder signals to customer.
If the cycle is going off too early though it could be for many reasons, check water level/float is not sticking etc, condenser is not blocked, little hose at bottom of appliance not clogged. Heater could be faulty, low to earth etc. Fan blockage perhaps..
