Beko DCX71100S Error

I have the Beko DCX71100s , I’ve cleaned the fluff filter and the condenser unit , vacuumed all the air ways . But it errors ( 2 red lights ) and even though it seems to be getting up to the same temp it always has it’s taking longer for the cloths to dry and water container isn’t getting full as fast

I’ve looked at a few videos , I don’t know if it’s the temp sensor just past fluff filter ( bought new filter 2 months ago ) or if it could be something else

assume you have checked the condenser is clear both ways

also which 2 lights are lit .
machine does not seem to have error codes as such so not sure what it will mean

could be a blocked pump chamber as the fluff up. if its getting full will give water full light even if draw is empty
