Beko DCX83120W (7182482420) Dryer Stops Heating

Hi All
Inspected the condenser dryer and discovered that the dryer does heat initially until the drum stops to reverse then never heats again for the remainder of the program…timed settings produce the same result both checked with damp clothes. Heater and both NTC’s check out fine no insulation problems. I’m looking for the service manual to access fault codes if there are any.

Fault codes displayed are 07 17 & 07 19. rapid temperature increase Ntc’s all check out in service mode and ohms measurement

well with a rapid temp increase i would look at airflow first or is the heater on when it should be off ( poss relay stuck )
