    Hi Guys,

went to this slimline d/w today which had flooded customer’s kitchen.
I checked in base for leaky hoses etc but none found.Base was full of water when I tipped it back, but after filling and emptying the machine several times no leaks.Couldn’t see a pressure switch so assume timed fill.Any ideas what could have caused this flood situation? Customer is using Finish 4in1 tabs.

    Hi

4 in 1 tablets and any other type of tablet are for full sized machines ie: 12 place setting and should not be used in slim line or table top machines.
See page 12 of user manual.

    Hi Mike,

thanks for your reply. I did tell the customer she would be better using powder detergent rather than the tabs.

Check the seal to the top spray nozzle at the back of the machine. I have had two Beko’s with a split nut on the nozzle. Both had been sealed with mastic at the factory and had lasted about two years before failing.
