Got a call to look at one of these, customer says it finishes with water in base, anyone know what kinda pums in them & if anything else would cause pump to not operate. Lady says theres no hum of it even. Are there any fault codes on this machine or known test procedures?

Zilch, nada, nothing in pump. Machine only 6months old.
Went to it car with no tools with mate, clicked off pump & it was free. Nothing blocking it & when you dropped hose into basin it freeflowed water out. Was wondering if sequence of LEDs gave fault codes?
Should it pump out on start -up as most dishwashers do?
