BEKO DFN1000X One Touch dishwasher – not heating water.

Hi guys, anyone know anything about this mysterios object. Visited it on friday as its not heating water – checked heater all ok – checked NTC and showed as open circuit – picked one up from Connect and replaced it – as there is no quick wash option on this machine I left owner to test it – yep you guessed it, she has just called to say its still washing in cold.

This is a fully automatic machine that “analyses” the dishes before washing and selects its own cycle I assume – anyone worked on one ?
