BEKO DFN1501-44 Not filling

OK I appreciate this might be tricky as said dishwasher is a Spanish model and I have no idea what it’s UK equivalent might be.

Dishwasher is 2 years old (to the day!!! HA HA, so the guarantee had just expired).

Power light is on; ‘Wash’ light is on.
Salt and shine lights are both off.
There is definitely power to the thing.
Door is shut properly,
water is on, hoses are straight
It JUST WON’T GO

I don’t open the door when it’s running as it runs overnight.

We have changed the water inlet valve/solenoid assembly.

We did notice that when the machine was on its side with bottom panel removed (after fitting new inlet valve) that the pump starts when you press up on the flood sensor float.
