We recently purchased a Beko DIN16210 Integrated machine from John Lewis, which they fitted.

We poured in a bag of Finish Dishwasher salt into the correct hole, added Finish rinse aid too. We use bog standard Finish tablets. It worked fine for a week or so. BUT now after each cycle all the dishes, glassware and cutlery are covered in a white cloudy film!

WE are in London, according to Thames Water website, The water supplied in the BLOOMSBURY zone is HARD water. Calcium carbonate(CaCO3): 272 ppm
This is P3/P4 on the hardness level setting on the dishwasher. we have set it to P3.

we have tried adding more salt, we have changed the rinse aid setting to middle setting… but everything is still coming out cloudy, and we now don’t knwo what else to try.

Please can you advise on how to sort this, i assume it is a setting problem?

    many thanks

just to add, could too much Rinse Aid be the problem. As i discovered that my colleague has been filling the Rinse Aid reservoir up to full every time?
