Beko Dishwasher DW686: Error Codes E1 and E2

Hi

I have a Beko Dishwasher DW686. When I run a cycle, I can hear the machine whirring, but the timer on the dishwasher never counts down, so the cycle never finishes.

I ran the diagnostic test and it flashes the error codes E1 and E2.

How can I fix this?

Thanks! Any idea how I can go about fixing these? I Googled and it said tipping the dish washer would help, but that doesn’t sound right to me! Also, the Dishwasher is integrated, so I am not sure how to pull it out. Thanks for any help you can offer.
