Beko Dishwasher DWD8657W no heat

Hi,
Have this dishwasher not heating at all, no error messages.

The “tube” type heater measures fine, i have changed the sugarcube relay on the pcb, still no heat. The temperature probe measures 64k with cold water in it. No idea if this is correct.
Anyone had similar?

only value i can find for ntc is 17K at 50 degrees

looked through tech data but not much help

can let you have test prog info etc if you want

Thanks mate.
If customer ok will order a pcb, cheap enough.
The ntc value sounds about right.
will update if i go back.
